Precious Friends

This joke by “Just Feelin’ Good” was shared by my friend Sarah E., who has an autistic child. Sarah lives a very courageous life, and she’s forever passingalong wonderful jokes that cheer me up. However, if you know anyone who has an autistic child, you know that life borders on impossible almost every day.May we all be kind to everyone, but especially to those who suffer.“Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment.”      (John 7:24)

      1. May God continue to bless and keep you. We have a lot of adopted kids in our church family…precious, special, and challenging. Of course, all children are, but special needs kids take a lot of extra work and wisdom. May the Lord provide grace for you each and every day!

  1. Thank you for sharing this, Kathi! We have a 19 year old “high functioning” autistic daughter. She will probably never live on her own. We’ve been through so much, but she’s a wonderful, sweet girl.

I love the coffee one, though. Never thought of coffee as a vegetable before. I will now! 😀

    1. Bless you. I take my hat off to everyone I meet who cares for an autistic loved one. I had a very close friend with an autistic daughter when I was a young mom, and I saw the anguish of her soul.

Yes, I loved the coffee joke! Vegetables, here we come! 🙂
